AI legal marketing in Kenmore, Washington
Kenmore sits at the top of Lake Washington where the Sammamish River empties in, a small city of roughly 22,000 people wedged between Bothell, Lake Forest Park, and Juanita. It's the kind of market where law firms don't compete on billboard space along I-405 — they compete on who shows up when a Kenmore resident types a legal question into their phone at 11pm after an accident on Bothell Way NE or a dispute over a rental near St. That's the shift you need to understand, and it's why we built LawCore AI specifically for firms like yours.
Here's the reality: people searching for legal help in Kenmore aren't just Googling anymore. They're asking ChatGPT "who's a good injury lawyer near Kenmore WA," asking Gemini to compare firms, or using Perplexity to research whether they need an attorney after a fender-bender on 68th Ave NE. These AI tools pull from structured data, review signals, content authority, and citation patterns across the web — not from who bought the most AdWords.
If your firm isn't structured to be legible to these engines, you're invisible in a channel that's only growing. This is what we call GEO — Generative Engine Optimization — and it's a completely different discipline from traditional SEO or PPC. Getting cited by ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity works differently than ranking on Google.
These models synthesize answers from content they trust: well-structured practice area pages, consistent NAP data, genuine authority signals, schema markup, and third-party validation. A Kenmore attorney who wants to be the name an AI model surfaces for "car accident lawyer near Log Boom Park" needs a digital footprint built for machine comprehension, not just human skimming. That means your site, your Google Business Profile, your case result pages, and your bios all need to speak a language these engines can parse and trust.
Most law firm websites — even good-looking ones — aren't built this way. We rebuild that foundation from the ground up. Kenmore's legal market is small but sharp-elbowed.
You've got established, respected firms working this corridor — practices like Kirkpatrick Symanski Parker right on NE 175th, the Law Offices of Setareh Mahmoodi over in Bothell, Traffic Attorneys of Washington handling the ticket and violation load out of Beardslee Blvd, Elsner Law Firm down in Brier, and The Weyer Law Firm on Bothell Way. That's real, capable competition clustered within a few miles of each other. A generic marketing push won't differentiate you here — everyone's already trying that.
What separates firms in a market this tight is who gets found first in AI-driven search, who has the review velocity and content depth to be cited as an authority, and who's actually measuring return instead of just spending on impressions. That's the core difference between us and a traditional agency. We've worked exclusively with law firms since 2002 — we don't split our attention across restaurants and roofers.
Our clients' campaigns have generated an average 18:1 to 21:1 ROI. We hold a 5.0 Google rating ourselves, which matters because we practice what we build. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes, and every firm's market position, caseload, and starting point are different — but our track record reflects a two-decade obsession with one industry, not a diluted playbook borrowed from other verticals.
We build you into the answer AI engines give when a Kenmore resident asks for help. That means your firm's authority, structured data, and content strategy all get engineered together, with GEO and traditional SEO working as one system instead of two competing budgets. We start with a no-obligation audit of how your firm currently shows up — or doesn't — across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity for the searches your future Kenmore clients are actually running.
From there we map a strategy specific to your practice area and your position relative to the firms already working this corridor. No long onboarding, no guesswork, no invented promises — just a clear look at where you stand and what it takes to be the firm Kenmore finds first, however they're searching.

Kenmore AI legal marketing — answered
Yes. We provide AI-powered legal marketing and GEO services for firms in Kenmore and across the U.S. — law-firm-only since 2002. We specialize in positioning Kenmore attorneys inside the knowledge graphs of ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
Through four core mechanisms: (1) structured Schema.org markup (LegalService, Person, Organization) that makes expertise machine-readable; (2) third-party citations across directories, bar associations and review platforms AI engines trust; (3) topical authority pages targeting local courts and practice areas; and (4) fact-dense, question-shaped content that answers the queries AI engines retrieve.
Combine three approaches: GEO gets your firm cited as a source by AI engines; AEO wins the featured answer and AI Overviews; and local SEO wins the Google map pack. We measure signed cases, not vanity traffic. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
Pricing is month-to-month with no lock-in and scales with scope — practice areas, service-area breadth and content volume. We include a free 23-point AI-visibility audit, and you own all code, content and data we build.
Schema and technical fixes typically land within 1–3 weeks. AI citation share begins to compound within 60–90 days as topical authority builds around your practice areas and the local courts you serve.
Traditional agencies focus on Google keyword rankings and link building. We position your firm inside the knowledge graphs that power ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. Founded by a former Google Marketing Director, we measure success by signed cases and AI citation share, and clients own their assets.
We specialize in personal injury, family law, criminal defense, employment law, estate planning, immigration, and bankruptcy. Each practice area receives dedicated local content built around the courts and tailored FAQ/schema for firms serving {city} and surrounding cities.
Start with a free, 23-point AI-visibility audit. We show exactly how ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI currently describe your firm, which directories rank above you, and the prioritized action plan. Schedule a call or submit the audit form — results in about 24 hours.

Washington attorney-advertising rules every law firm marketer must follow
Washington regulates lawyer advertising through one short rule plus its Comments, and it is not the ABA model. RPC 7.1 — a single unlettered paragraph, adopted effective September 1, 1985 and amended effective September 1, 2006 — bars false or misleading communications. RPC 7.2 (advertising), RPC 7.4 (fields of practice and specialization) and RPC 7.5 (firm names and letterheads) were amended to [RESERVED] in the January 2021 amendments, and their substance now lives in the Washington Comments to RPC 7.1. RPC 7.3 remains active and, unlike most states, is permissive on its face: it opens "A lawyer may solicit professional employment unless" and then lists four disqualifiers. Nothing in RPC 7.1 through 7.6 requires an advertisement to be filed with, submitted to, or pre-approved by the WSBA or the courts. Rule text read from the Washington State Courts PDFs on 2026-09-04; this is a description of the published rules, not legal advice — confirm application with your own counsel.
False or misleading communications
RPC 7.1RPC 7.1 in full: "A lawyer shall not make a false or misleading communication about the lawyer or the lawyer's services. A communication is false or misleading if it contains a material misrepresentation of fact or law, or omits a fact necessary to make the statement considered as a whole not materially misleading." The rule has no lettered subsections. Comment 2 adds that a truthful statement is also misleading if there is a substantial likelihood it will lead a reasonable person to form a specific conclusion about the lawyer's services for which there is no reasonable factual foundation.
Results, testimonials and disclaimers
RPC 7.1, Comment 3Comment 3 is the operative text, not a separate disclaimer rule: an advertisement that truthfully reports a lawyer's achievements may be misleading if presented so as to lead a reasonable person to form an unjustified expectation of the same results, and an unsubstantiated comparison of fees or services may be misleading. The Comment says the inclusion of an appropriate disclaimer or qualifying language "may preclude a finding" that a statement is likely to create unjustified expectations — permissive language, not a mandated disclaimer with a prescribed format. Comment 3 was amended effective September 1, 2016.
Specialization and certification claims
RPC 7.1, Comment 8Comment 8 permits more than most state rules: a lawyer may indicate areas of practice, and is "generally permitted to state that the lawyer is a 'specialist,' practices a 'specialty,' or 'specializes in' particular fields" — subject to the false-and-misleading standard of RPC 7.1. A lawyer may state certification as a specialist only where the certification is granted by an organization approved by an appropriate state authority or accredited by the ABA (or by another organization the state authority has approved to accredit certifiers), and "the name of the certifying organization must be included in any communication regarding the certification."
Firm names and trade names
RPC 7.1, Comment 10Comment 10 governs names, not advertisement identification. A firm may be designated by members' names, by the names of deceased members where there has been a continuing succession, by a trade name such as "the ABC Legal Clinic," or by a distinctive website address; trade names are acceptable so long as they are not misleading. A geographic trade name such as "Springfield Legal Clinic" may require an express disclaimer that the firm is not a public legal aid agency. It is misleading to use the name of a lawyer or LLLT not associated with the firm.
Solicitation — Washington is permissive
RPC 7.3(a)RPC 7.3(a) reads "A lawyer may solicit professional employment unless" — (1) the solicitation is false or misleading; (2) the lawyer knows or reasonably should know that the physical, emotional, or mental state of the subject is such that the person could not exercise reasonable judgment in employing a lawyer; (3) the subject has made known a desire not to be solicited; or (4) the solicitation involves coercion, duress, or harassment. The words "pecuniary gain" do not appear in the rule, and there is no blanket bar on in-person or real-time electronic contact. Amended effective April 29, 2025.
Paying for referrals and advertising
RPC 7.3(b)RPC 7.3(b) bars compensating anyone outside the firm for recommending the lawyer's services, with five listed exceptions: the reasonable cost of advertisements or communications permitted by RPC 7.1, "including online group advertising"; the usual charges of a legal service plan or a qualifying not-for-profit lawyer referral service; payment for a law practice under RPC 1.17; a reciprocal referral agreement that is not exclusive and is disclosed to the client; and nominal gifts neither intended nor reasonably expected to be compensation for a recommendation.
